Ibanez GSA60 Electric Guitar - Walnut Flat
The Ibanez GSA60 is a great, low cost, guitar that's ideal if you're just starting out. They're solidly built, reliable and look great. Unlike a lot of guitars in this price bracket they are made of quality, hard wearing material that wont let you down. The GSA60 is a musical chameleon. Whether you need clean rhythm, crunchy blues, all the way out to the most molten of metal you wont be dissapointed. The smooth arched top emphasizes the beauty of the SA's walnut finish. Combined with its SSH pickup configuration and simple synchronized tremolo, the SA can traverse any musical territory. The rosewood fretboard takes a little edge off of the tone, especially useful with fresh strings, rounding out the top end and giving you a warmer sound. The mahogany body produces a punchy growl with a good sustain which makes it ideal for heavy rock with good low frequencies, a tendency to pronounce the lower mids, and a smooth but relatively subdued higher end. You don't have to worry about getting lost in the mix, this guitar has plenty of mid-range muscle to help you cut through.
