All our customers will receive a full refund for any reason if you return a product within 7 days of your delivery date that too in brand new condition with the original packaging and with all the standard items delivered with the product.

To claim for a replacement or refund of the purchased product is , must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you have received

Replacement or refund will be initiated and processed only after we receive the product back to us.

Refund of the amount will be done within 7 working days after receipt of the product as per banking and payment norms.

• All Products received with physical damage must be reported to us within 2 days of the delivery date.
• Products purchased as Open Box cannot be returned. All Open Box sales are final. Open Box products have been tested and are guaranteed to be functional. If you have a reason to believe that your open box product is non-functional, please contact us on service@sangeethmahal.com with video evidence of the same.
• We do not accept returns of the following items:
  • Harmonicas, flutes, saxophones, and all other wind instruments, earphones, In-ear monitors – due to health concerns are given potential exposure to the mouth/ear area.
  • Software products in opened condition.
  • All products with manufacturer seal. Once the seal is opened it cannot be assigned to another user, and hence we cannot accept the return unless there is a case of product malfunction.
  • Audio Interfaces, Midi Keyboards or any other products that requires registration in order to be used. Once registered, the product cannot be reassigned to another user, and hence we cannot accept the return.
  • Acoustic Drum Kits and Drum heads cannot be accepted under returns unless there is a case of product malfunction / product defect.
• Products damaged due to the use of an inappropriate power supply or products that were damaged due to voltage stability issues will not be accepted as returns. Across India, and even in all the metro cities, a high-quality voltage stabiliser and spike protector are necessary to protect electronic products..
• Wear and tear on the product like small scratches and dents
• Damage to the original manufacturing box or accessories
• Missing box items like an owner’s manual or software/ driver CD’s, etc.
• Damage or dents incurred during the return shipping process
• Tampered / Missing barcode from the product

Refunds will not be processed for products with the above listed damages and more significant damages or missing significant accessories, like connector cables, or DC power supplies

Open Box products are the ones returned by customers and are inspected and certified by product specialists from Sangeeth Mahal Musicals to be in full working order. Products may have scratches, dents, missing or damaged original box, or missing manuals, cables or accessories. Some products might also be refurbished. Please review each product's specific condition listed against the same.

Products purchased as Open Box cannot be returned. All Open Box sales are final. Open Box products have been tested and are guaranteed to be functional. WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA.Our logistics partners are Bluedart,DTDC and Trackon Couriers respectively.We use Indian Postal services also for delivering products in interior areas where delivery is not operational by courier services. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 11am on a business day, we try to ship the same day. Availability of products ordered has to be confirmed before placing an order. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday or during Holidays will be dispatched on following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be a processing and shipping delays. The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. • Warranty applies only if the product malfunctions under normal Operation conditions
• Products are covered for manufacturing defects, but not for normal wear and tear and abuse
• Products purchased from us are covered under manufacturer’s standard warranty
• Fret wear, saddle wear, nut wear, strings, and batteries are not covered
• Damages from abuse, misuse, or battery leakage are not covered
• Damages due to normal wear and tear are not covered
• For tube amplifiers, warranty does not cover replacement of the tubes/valves.
• Improper use of any power supply, warranty does not cover
• An unauthorized product, modifications or alterations ,warranty does not cover
• Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warranty will not be applicable
• Vandalism, theft, fire, or any other act of Nature, warranty not applicable
• Accessories are not covered under Warranty.
• Warranty is non-transferable. Only applies to the original owner of the product

If our service engineers cannot fix the issue of under warranty products, they will directly work with the authorized distributors or manufacturer’s service centers to fix the issue. This process usually takes 30 working days, but in cases involving change/import of specific parts, the service time can take up to 60 working days.

Our technical team will try to troubleshoot over the phone, and if unable to resolve, will have your product shipped back to us for under warranty repair and service .

We will send a courier to pick up/drop off the product from and to your home at your expense. Customers are, however, required to keep the original packaging, to prevent damage in transit
