Order Processing & Dispatch

Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Orders placed before 11:00 AM on a working day are generally processed for dispatch on the same day, subject to product availability and order verification.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will generally be processed on the next working day.

Product availability will be confirmed before an order is processed.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Remote and rural locations may require one or more additional working days for delivery.

During busy periods, including holidays, festivals and promotional periods, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship across India. P.O. Box and military addresses may not be eligible for delivery, depending on the courier service available for the destination.
